We’re looking for a dynamic Cleaning/Security Account Manager to oversee key client sites acrossthe Northwest with a mixture of commercial, residential and shopping centres.
This exciting role blends operational leadership, client relationship management, and service excellence.

Responsibilities
- Oversee operational delivery of multiple FM services across client sites, ensuring excellence and exceeding targets.
- Possess in-depth knowledge of Facilities Management and its challenges.
- Manage FM services effectively across multiple locations.
- Monitor and report team performance, ensuring high standards.
- Control financial aspects, including budgeting and spending.
- Lead teams and supply chain partners to deliver top-tier facilities services.
- Maintain strong client relationships, supporting growth opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with Health & Safety standards across all sites.
Person Specification
- Strong budgeting, performance management, and metrics knowledge.
- Proficient in MS Office, industry software, and IT-literate.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience managing large, diverse site service teams.
- Knowledge of multiple service contracts and financial acumen.
- IOSH/NEBOSH certification desired but not essential.
- Proactive, flexible, and able to multitask effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Must hold SIA Security guiding badge .
