We’re looking for a dynamic Cleaning/Security Account Manager to oversee key client sites acrossthe Northwest with a mixture of commercial, residential and shopping centres.

This exciting role blends operational leadership, client relationship management, and service excellence.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operational delivery of multiple FM services across client sites, ensuring excellence and exceeding targets.
• Possess in-depth knowledge of Facilities Management and its challenges.
• Manage FM services effectively across multiple locations.
• Monitor and report team performance, ensuring high standards.
• Control financial aspects, including budgeting and spending.
• Lead teams and supply chain partners to deliver top-tier facilities services.
• Maintain strong client relationships, supporting growth opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety standards across all sites.

Person Specification

• Strong budgeting, performance management, and metrics knowledge.
• Proficient in MS Office, industry software, and IT-literate.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience managing large, diverse site service teams.
• Knowledge of multiple service contracts and financial acumen.
• IOSH/NEBOSH certification desired but not essential.
• Proactive, flexible, and able to multitask effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Must hold SIA Security guiding badge .
