The Role

Client relationships are our top priority, therefore we’re looking for a dedicated and passionate Account Manager to join our Client Services team, working with some of the UK’s biggest brands, helping them to implement their social strategies, develop and grow their communities and improve sentiment. In this role you will apply a wide range of skills and have the opportunity to work with a variety of brands and businesses.

The ideal candidate will have an existing knowledge base of social media, exceptional customer service skills and a drive for adaptation and improvement.
To excel in this role, you will need to quickly develop a good understanding of our business as well as the ever changing social landscape.

Within this role, you will be working alongside our clients, acting as their advocate alongside other departments within the business to ensure that their needs are not only understood, but exceeded. This will include assessing and contributing to their strategies and results, monitoring competitors, assessing their business needs and analysing their social community and their reactions to the brand.

You will be the first point of contact for all enquiries about the accounts you manage so you will need to communicate clearly and regularly to ensure your clients are satisfied with the service provided.

Responsibilities

  • Understanding our clients businesses and industry and setting a clear vision for the developing relationship between 3sixfive and the client
  • Run and efficiently manage a range of clients, overseeing briefs, services and reporting, gaining key information from all the teams and departments within set deadlines
  • Know our clients strategy and where you can, influence and add value, alongside knowing the value of proposition to the customer of their products and/or services
  • Maintain the financial health of your client base
  • Seeking opportunities with new clients or upsell to existing
  • Day to day management and coordination of a client base including but not limited to, quality checks, process and strategy reviews.
  • Run a range of client reports, including those outside your client bases; weekly, monthly or quarterly. Gain key information from all the teams and departments within set deadlines
  • Work efficiently as part of our team, establishing a forum where all parties collaborate openly, ensuring clear and effective communication throughout the working day, as well as contributing to the life and culture of the company

The Skills are we looking for

  • Previous Customer facing experience and/or proven agency or brand side experience in account management
  • Proven track record in building successful relationships with clients and managing client accounts
  • A drive to meet and exceed client and business expectations
  • Strong time management and organisational skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Results driven with ability to understand performance and data
  • Proactive
  • Problem solving

Other favourable skills;

  • Marketing knowledge and proficiency in digital marketing tools and software
  • Able to manage budgets

Hours:

Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm [includes 30 minute paid lunch break]

Education:

  • Degree level education (preferred)
  • Level 3 qualification - A Level / BTEC (considered)

Experience:

  • 2 years experience in a similar role (preferred)

Location:

  • Office based, in-person position
