Due to rapid growth, we are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and driven Account Manager
HERMEQ looks after some of the biggest construction customers in the industry. In this role you will be dealing with customers from all sectors of Construction and other related sectors.

- Keen eye for detail
- Ensure a speedy response (within the hour) to a range of requests from our Key Account Customers from email quotations, order processing, delivery chase ups and any accounting queries.
- Look to raise awareness within the account on new products/The Brand that HERMEQ offer and to feedback any trends within the market/client base
- Communicate with both internal and external departments within the business to ensure clients get their orders within the time frame quoted.
- Build trusting relationships with buyers/suppliers giving the client piece of mind that HERMEQ are the first supplier they think of when a requisition lands on their desk
- Scale key account spend - KPIs and metrics set with sales management/sales director
You will receive coaching and be managed by the Sales Director and other senior members of the sales team who will ensure that you are fully inducted into the business. If you are successful, you will have a short telephone interview followed by a face-to-face interview at Head Office in Halesowen
- Experience in Building Relationships with customers - used to KPI culture of meetings
- Enthusiastic and looking to become part of a winning culture
- Adaptable and able to deal with a variety of enquiries at once
- Excellent phone manner and professional approach to customers
- Able to work independently as well as part of a team
- Salary - £30,000- £35,000
- Uncapped Commission Scheme - with pay rise scheme based on performance
