What You 'll Be Doing:

• Leading and supporting teams across multiple sites to deliver exceptional service.

• Rolling up your sleeves and working hands-on during busy periods.

• Managing stock, staffing, and operational efficiency.-

-Ensuring high standards of hygiene, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Working late nights (up to 11 PM) every weekend over the summer season --our peak time!

What We 're Looking For:

✅ You must have Proven experience in food service, hospitality, or retail management.
✅ Strong leadership skills with a hands-on approach.
✅ Ability to manage multiple locations effectively.
✅ Flexibility to work weekends and late nights --especially in summer.
