As a Customer Services Advisor, you possess a methodical approach, a talent for problem solving, and a high level of adaptability. You thrive on working in a fast paced environment where no two days are the same.
Working within a supportive team, you’ll be responsible for taking inbound calls and emails from customers, placing orders and effectively communicating with the Logistics, Commercial, and Production teams. You will also proactively track orders through to completion. You will be responsible for dealing with enquiries and complaints, maintaining a database of customer information, and working as part of a team to achieve Key Performance Indicator targets.
In this role, you will have the chance to excel and achieve the right outcome for customers and stakeholders. What’s important to you is being part of a successful team in driving the business growth. This role is an exciting opportunity to make a material difference and contribute to the success of the company.
Key Requirements
Previous customer Service, call centre or office experience
- Good communication skills
- Microsoft Teams, Excel and Email experience required
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work well within a team
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks in an organised manner
- Ability to work calmly under a high-pressure situation
- GCSE Maths & English
- Friendly, professional, and passionate about delivering great customer service

The role is office based at Hope Works Monday to Thursday 8am till 4pm and Friday 8am till 3.30pm however flexibility around these times will be required
