POSITION PURPOSE
The primary objective of the Customer Service and Sales Coordinator is to ensure the company is taking advantage of all sales opportunities within our niche market. The role spans a range of areas including customer service, sales admin, lead generation, after sales support and prospecting for new customers.
For this role we are looking for a detail oriented, enthusiastic, and creative individual to join the Silclear family. You will become an integral part of a small team, aiming to support the continued growth of the business. This role would suit an individual who is driven by achieving results and job satisfaction.
As the Customer Service and Sales Coordinator, you will be required to fulfil the following criteria.
KEY RESPONSIBILITES
- Sales administration and order taking using our in-house ERP/CRM software.
- Contacting customers regarding the status of their orders.
- Building rapport and understanding of our customers and their requirements.
- Analysing and generating sales reports when required by the operations director
- Responding to customer calls and emails in a timely and professional manner.
- Assisting with sales prospecting.
- Post-sales support by following up with customers after sales to ensure they are satisfied and maintain long term relationships with our business.
- Liaising with all departments to ensure a smooth and hassle-free experience for our customers.
EXPERIENCE & KEY SKILLS
- Proven customer service skills
- Accurate sales administration skills
- Effective communication skills (written & verbal)
- B2B sales experience
- Microsoft office (Excel, Outlook & Word)
- Negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues
- Previous experience in a similar role
PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES
- Confident and friendly demeanour, especially on the phone and in written communications, when dealing with customers and colleagues.
- Customer centric attitude
- Excellent attention to detail with a (do it once, do it right) outlook

Hours: 9:00am - 17:00pm - Monday to Friday - 25 days annual leave + bank holidays
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £26,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
