This role of Customer Service Advisor reports to the Customer Service Manager, and full training will be given.
The main duties include :
Dealing with customer service calls, emails and live chat on our websites
Processing orders over the telephone
Dealing with queries and problems over the phone.
The ideal candidate will have the confidence in dealing with people and happy to use computers and phones in their day-to-day tasks.
They will be enthusiastic and self-motivated and keen to work in a friendly team whilst ensuring accuracy of our orders and excellent customer service is maintained.
Training will be completed at the candidate’s pace and full support will always be available. Whilst practical experience will be welcome we are really interested in the attitude of the candidate and their ability to learn and contribute to our growing business.
