Campaign Manager - Marketing

Location: Cheltenham Office (roughly 3 days per week)
Full-time | Competitive Salary: £35-45K | Profit Share (£2K each in 2025)

As our Campaigns Manager, what you do will directly shape how people see and experience PayItMonthly - helping us grow our presence, amplify our voice, and deliver real impact.

We’re looking for a strategic, data-driven marketer to lead the charge on multi-channel campaigns - spanning advertising, promotions, PR, social media, and digital marketing. You’ll be responsible for the execution of campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and growth through qualified leads. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you’ll play a key role in strengthening PayItMonthly’s presence across our target industries, optimising performance, and ensuring cohesive messaging at every touchpoint.

What We 're Looking For:

  • 3+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on running campaigns.
  • Experience in executing data-driven campaigns to drive engagement and retention.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to oversee multiple initiatives.
  • Ability to craft compelling brand narratives and marketing messages.
  • Experience in social media management, digital advertising, or PR.
  • Analytical mindset with a track record of measuring and optimizing campaigns.
  • B2B marketing experience preferred but not essential.

What you 'll be doing:

Campaigns & Customer Engagement

  • Develop and implement customer engagement campaigns, including trigger-based initiatives via targeted channels and within the PIM application.
  • Launch Campaigns to convert inactive partners, testing incentives and strategies.
  • Execute Growth Campaigns with our partner base with multi-channel deployment.
  • Implement large-scale ATL marketing campaigns, including radio and TV.

Brand-Level Campaigns & Partnerships

  • Support multi-channel brand campaigns, ensuring consistent messaging.
  • Lead negotiations and execution for national ambassador partnerships.
  • Develop and manage adhoc influencer partnerships to enhance presence

Corporate Reputation Campaigns

  • Help develop and execute our corporate PR strategy to enhance brand credibility.
  • Implement our award / recognition strategy, securing key industry awards.
  • Launch CSR initiatives that reinforce corporate responsibility and leadership.

Website Optimization & Content Development

  • Work with the product designer and Brand Marketing Exec to enhance website user journeys, improving conversion rates and engagement.
  • Lead content review, aligning content to needs of partners and customers.

Loyalty Campaigns & Events

  • Develop loyalty initiatives, including marketing support and helpful video content.
  • Drive social proof by creating and promoting testimonials as well as case studies.
  • Provide strategic support for industry events, ensuring a strong presence.

Digital & Social Media Campaigns

  • Support Performance Max and Paid Social Campaigns to maximize ROI.
  • Oversee LinkedIn content to enhance corporate reputation and industry authority.
  • Work with Marketing Exec to support optimisation of PPC and SEO performance.

The Details

  • Salary: £35-45k (depending on experience)
  • Hours: 37 hours per week (office hours: 9-5:30, with an early finish on Fridays)
  • Holiday: 22 days + Bank Holidays (rising to 30 with service)
  • Profit Share: Take a slice of our profits every year! (Over £2K per person in 2025)
  • Location: Cheltenham + remote flexibility
