Well established florist, Fancy That of Ashby, are looking for a new team member!

We are looking for a trained florist with at least two years experience.

The successful candidate will join our friendly team for three days a week .This will include some Saturdays. There is a possibility of overtime during peak seasons. Days and hours to be discussed.

Overview
As a Florist, you will play a vital role in creating beautiful floral arrangements that bring joy and enhance various occasions. You will be responsible for designing, preparing, and selling floral products while providing exceptional customer service. Your creativity and passion for flowers will help you craft unique arrangements that meet the needs of our clients.

Duties

• Design and create floral arrangements for various occasions, including weddings, funerals, and special events.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organisation of the work area and display cases.
• Assist customers with selecting flowers and arrangements that suit their preferences and budgets.
• Manage inventory by ordering flowers and supplies as needed to ensure freshness and availability.
• Communicate effectively with customers to understand their requirements and provide expert advice on flower care and arrangement styles.
• Sell floral products while promoting additional items such as vases, cards, and gifts.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth workflow during busy periods.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From £12.21 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 24 per week
