We are looking for experienced face to face fundraisers and fundraising team leaders in Manchester to work in private sites (mostly Morrisons stores, shopping centres or train stations) across Greater Manchester and the surrounding area.

Location: Greater Manchester and surrounding area

Travel paid in full for all sites outside the TfGM Bee Network.

Salary: £14-£17 per hour (depending on experience), 30 hours contracted per week (6 hours per day). Paid Friday one week in arrears. Opportunity to increase earnings through our performance related pay scheme. Allowing you to earn between £40-£60 per sign-up after your 8th approved sign-up. Exact amount dependent on key quality measures to help maximise our charity client’s return on investment.

Working Hours: 10am - 5pm Monday - Friday, with an hour’s break. Opportunity to work additional paid hours over the weekend.

Realistic targets that consider the challenges of face-to-face fundraising while maintaining an achievable and rewarding environment. Ultimately though this is a sales based role so being able to hit those realistic targets will be an important part of the role.

We are seeking an experienced face to face fundraisers to help kick-start our brand new private sites team working in Greater Manchester. You will be working on behalf any one of our amazing charity clients.

Qualifications and Skills:

Required to have at least one year’s previous experience in a face-to-face fundraising role. Required to have at least six month’s previous experience in a face-to-face team leading role if applying for team leader position.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and connect with people from various backgrounds.

Strong sales and negotiation abilities, with a track record of achieving and exceeding targets.

Resilience and perseverance in the face of challenges, maintaining a positive and enthusiastic attitude.
