岗 位职责：

1、根据项目设计方向，协助制作人进行产品各系统的规划并完成系统功能设计；

2、负责游戏系统功能的设计，文档撰写，系统功能开发跟进，开发工作的协调、进度把控和结果验收；

3、与技术人员协调完成系统功能的开发与制作，并持续保持跟进与优化迭代；

4、整理系统设计思路，建立系统设计相关的流程与规范

任 职要求：

1、1年及以上游戏策划经验，有较强的规则和UI交互设计能力，独立完成过中型玩法或系统。

2、能独立完成任务玩法设计和实现。

3、有较强的语言沟通和文字表达能力，有良好的团队精神和抗压能力。

4、熟悉放置卡牌类产品优先

薪 资待遇：

1.年薪： £24,000 至 £28,000。​

2.福利： 线下办公每日提供15英镑的餐补。​

Position Title: Junior Game Systems Designer

Responsibilities:

1.Support the producer in designing and planning core game systems aligned with the overall project vision.

2.Take ownership of system feature design, documentation, and production coordination, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.

3.Work closely with developers to implement system features, monitor progress, and contribute to iterative improvements.

4.Organise and structure design documentation, helping establish pipelines and best practices for system design.

Requirements:

1.At least 1 year of experience in game design, with a strong understanding of system rules and user interface interaction. Experience delivering mid-scale features independently is preferred.

2.Capable of independently designing and implementing engaging game mechanics.

3.Strong communication and documentation skills, with a team-oriented mindset and resilience under pressure.

4.Familiarity with idle card-based games is a strong advantage.

Salary and Benefits:

1.Annual Salary: £24,000 to £28,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.​
