岗 位职责：

1，负责游戏的数值模型完善，负责游戏平衡性的调试，确保游戏内战斗和经济数值的平衡性、可控性。并提供详细、高度自动化的文档和模型。

2，负责游戏内与数值紧密相关的系统设计，包括但不限于战斗系统、经济系统等。

3，与策划部、技术部保持积极、高效的沟通，推动产品开发的效率，确保产品开发计划的精准实施与完成质量。

4，针对线上运营数据，进行合理分析，提出合理改进意见并落实改进。

任 职要求：

1，至少一款RPG或卡牌类完整项目数值策划经验。对游戏数值体验敏感，能与系统密切配合，分析并设计相关数值功能。

2，具备良好的数学功底，较强的建模运算、数值推演与评估能力。

3，熟练掌握各类办公软件、产品设计软件，特别是Excel，能使用Excel建立清晰、高度自动化的数值模型，熟练使用VBA则更优。

4，具备严谨、认真、追求完美的产品制作态度，高度的工作责任感和团队合作精神，沟通能力强。

5，热爱游戏，对手游市场潜力有自己的认识，具备全身心投入投入游戏制作的激情。

薪 资待遇：

1.年薪： £24,000 至 £28,000。​

Position Title: Junior Game Economy Designer

Responsibilities:

1.Assist in refining and maintaining game economy and combat balance, ensuring consistency, scalability, and fair gameplay. Develop clear and automated models and documentation to support balancing work.

2.Design systems closely tied to numerical values, such as combat mechanics and in-game economies.

3.Collaborate efficiently with design and engineering teams to drive development progress, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery.

4.Analyse live operation data and player behaviour, proposing actionable improvements to enhance gameplay and monetisation.

Requirements:

1.At least one full-cycle project experience in an RPG or card-based game with a focus on game balancing and numerical systems.

2.Strong mathematical foundation with demonstrated abilities in modelling, data simulation, and balance testing.

3.Proficiency in Excel, including the ability to build automated spreadsheets; familiarity with VBA or scripting is a strong plus.

4.Detail-oriented, responsible, and committed to creating high-quality gameplay experiences; excellent communication and teamwork skills.

5.Passion for gaming, with a solid understanding of the mobile gaming market and player preferences.

Salary and Benefits:

1.Annual Salary: £24,000 to £28,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.​
