As the Tea Category Innovation Project Manager, you will lead high priority, cross functional, complex innovation projects across the total Tea Category business. Supporting the European Category Marketing Managers in taking innovation opportunities forward from being conceptual ideas to fully executional products across multiple markets with specific responsibility of managing all artwork processes and project timelines. You will also need to be able to mobilise and run virtual teams across the business and respond to challenges whilst finding solutions across multiple markets

You will be responsible for:
Managing multiple innovation & artwork projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment across the total tea category business
Providing clear timelines for each of your individual projects and ensuring all parties deliver their actions to those timelines on time and in full
Establishing clear direction and alignment by ensuring clear objectives are in place
Manage cross functional project teams and establish and embed improved ways of working across multiple markets
Implement new in house artwork process, system and tool across multiple complex artwork projects
Be the brand guardian to establish and facilitate the appropriate levels of governance for the Global Clipper / Cupper brand to provide consistent delivery and execution of the brand across all artwork
Engage and align colleagues across all levels to deliver key innovation projects on time and in full
Drive progress in a consistent, transparent way, and to identify and manage issues, risks and opportunities along the way
You will need:
Experience in leading medium to large innovation projects/workstreams through the full project life cycle and managing a variety of projects at once, demonstrating solid prioritisation skills & showing a proactive approach to workload.
Confident and proactive in building & maintaining relationships across all levels of the business to engage stakeholders from the outset and ensure we’re meeting business needs & project objectives
Solid track record of delivering projects / programmes, and working cross functionally
Experience of managing project teams, and building and maintaining positive relationships with a broad group of colleagues
Experience influencing colleagues across a matrix structure, facilitating governance and confidently engaging multiple stake holders across multiple countries
Ability to embrace uncertainty, relishing the opportunity to bring clarity where none exists
