Tilley & Grace is looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to oversee and lead all digital responsibilities while our Head of Marketing is on maternity leave. About the Role

As Digital Marketing Manager , you’ll be responsible for implementing and executing the digital strategy laid out by the Head of Marketing, ensuring the continued success of our online sales, customer engagement, and brand awareness. You’ll have the autonomy to manage all digital marketing channels, analyse performance, and optimise campaigns to drive revenue growth. Working closely with our in-house creative team and external partners, you’ll ensure Tilley & Grace maintains a strong and engaging online presence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute the digital marketing strategy, ensuring seamless customer journeys and maximising online sales.
  • Manage and optimise Shopify to enhance user experience and site performance.
  • Lead and oversee email marketing campaigns in Klaviyo , driving customer engagement, retention, and sales.
  • Manage and grow paid social and PPC campaigns (Meta, Google Ads) to drive traffic and conversions.
  • Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve website visibility and organic growth.
  • Work with our lead content creator and photographer to make sure our weekly shoots are executed correctly and we get the correct imagery to align with our events in our content calendar
  • Oversee digital content creation, working with the creative team to develop engaging assets for ads, email, and social media.
  • Analyse customer behaviour and marketing performance using Google Analytics and other data tools, making recommendations for improvement.
  • Manage and allocate digital marketing budgets to maximise ROI.
  • Lead and support seasonal and promotional campaigns, ensuring digital channels align with in-store activity.
  • Work closely with third-party agencies and freelancers where necessary.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities for growth.

What We 're Looking For

Our ideal candidate will have

  • Proven experience in an eCommerce or digital marketing role, ideally in retail or fashion.
  • Hands-on experience with Shopify, Klaviyo, Google Analytics, and Meta Business Suite.
  • A data-driven approach, with a strong understanding of digital performance metrics and reporting.
  • Experience managing paid advertising campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads) with a focus on driving ROI.
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices and website optimisation.
  • A creative eye for digital content marketing , ensuring brand consistency across all platforms.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.
  • A proactive, self-starter attitude with excellent communication skills.

Pay: £28,000.00-£31,000.00 per year
