About this in-house recruiter opportunity

This is a fixed-term contract in-house recruitment role (covering maternity) focused on attracting and hiring qualified professionals for a national healthcare brand, as part of a dedicated Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) partnership. Instead of balancing multiple clients and business development, you’ll be fully embedded within one organisation, working closely with internal stakeholders to drive their talent acquisition strategy forward.

You’ll take their talent attraction strategy to market, sourcing professionals across the UK to join this well-loved high-street brand. It’s a candidate-led market, so you’ll use headhunting, proactive sourcing, and industry-leading recruitment technology to source the best people.

You’ll have the tools to succeed, including LinkedIn Recruiter from day one and a dedicated recruitment marketing specialist focused solely on generating warm, high-quality leads for your roles. We’ll also invest in your development, offering training on the psychology of candidate engagement to help you navigate the challenges of recruiting in a high-demand sector.

On the client side, you’ll work closely with internal recruitment managers and clinical specialists, playing a key role in the end-to-end hiring process and shaping the way talent is brought into the organisation.
