Graduate Recruitment Consultant - Legal Industry:

Average Y1 OTE £40k-45k, Y2 £60k-65k, Y3 £85k+

This is a highly lucrative role - graduates have reached 100k a year by the end of their third year. In addition to this, you will be building a wealth of skills such as negotiation, sales, persuasion, marketing, researching that will build you into an exceptionally valuable individual. Graduate Recruitment Consultant: The Role:

• Telephoning/meeting businesses, looking to develop professional relationships
• Sourcing talent and managing the end-to-end recruitment process
• Headhunting, chasing referrals, writing job adverts, utilizing internal database and networking
• Working on behalf of candidates and clients
• Negotiating new business contracts
• Closing business deals

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £28,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
