The Opportunity:
Our client are seeking an experienced retained recruiter to join their high-performing permanent recruitment desk focusing on renewables within the oil and gas sector. This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your recruitment expertise in a fast-growing and impactful field, with the unique advantage of tailored career development to match your interests within the Green Chemicals space.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage retained recruitment projects from start to finish, ensuring exceptional service delivery.
• The goal is to hire someone to take ownership of this desk, which already has some existing business, and drive growth in the green chemicals space.
• Build and nurture relationships with clients and candidates within the renewables and oil & gas sectors.
• Identify and source top talent for permanent roles in the renewables industry.
• Develop innovative sourcing strategies to meet client needs, including headhunting and market mapping.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions for complex hiring challenges.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of the renewables market and emerging trends to provide insights and added value to clients.

• Proven experience in retained recruitment with a strong track record of success on a permanent desk (must be able to evidence this)
