J Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Training Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for onboarding of approved applicators through our training academy, offering market leading training modules through a combination of theoretical & practical training.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deliver training programs using various platforms such as Adobe Captivate and SharePoint
• Application training to customers to the required standards/ regulations
• Communicate effectively with employees at all levels to identify training needs
• Testing new products and making samples in our training facilities
• Products demonstration days.
• Provide mentoring and coaching to employees to support their professional development
• Offer customers after support through technical support onsite, email or telephone.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in training and development.

• Knowledge/ experience of EWI & rendering systems.

• Proficiency in using HRIS systems for training management.

• Strong communication skills with the ability to present information clearly and effectively.

• Ability to mentor and guide employees towards achieving their learning goals.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £40,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
