Overview
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Junior Electrical Project Manager to oversee and manage electrical projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities, excellent time management skills, and a solid understanding of electrical engineering principles. This role is crucial in ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and in accordance with quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage electrical projects, ensuring adherence to project timelines and specifications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, contractors, and clients, to define project scope and objectives.
• Develop detailed project plans, including resource allocation, budgeting, and scheduling.
• Monitor project progress and performance, implementing corrective actions as necessary to keep projects on track.
• Conduct regular site visits to assess work quality and compliance with safety regulations.
• Ensure all documentation is maintained accurately throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Electrical Project Manager or in a similar role within the construction or engineering sector with experience of at least 4 years.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems and engineering principles.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients and team members.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £30,000.00-£33,000.00 per year
