Overview

We are seeking an employed or self-employed business administrator to work in the farm office at West Fortune near Haddington, East Lothian.

Duties

  • Accounts preparation to Trial Balance for four businesses
  • Earnie Payroll (weekly & monthly payrolls)
  • Record keeping and reconciliations for large potato and grain enterprises
  • Providing support to managers through a variety of general administration tasks.

Experience

  • Proven experience in an office or administrative role is preferred.
  • Book-keeping experience or accounts training would be beneficial.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Accurate in data entry with a keen eye for detail.
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel and Outlook

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: £15.00-£20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 25 per week
