About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Junior Product Owner to focus on development and refinement of our digital services catalogue. In this critical role, you will be define, manage, and optimize our product offerings, ensuring a seamless and intuitive digital journey for our customers. You will leverage your expertise in data analysis and visualization to drive informed decision-making and enhance the overall product experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Define and manage the product catalogue of digital services, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Refine existing products and identify opportunities for improvement based on customer feedback and market analysis.
  • Develop and manage business processes for identifying and onboarding new products.
  • Enhance the navigation and user experience of our digital platforms.
  • Identify key data points and develop robust reporting mechanisms to track product performance.
  • Build and analyze reports to provide actionable insights and drive product strategy.
  • Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Develop and manage project plans, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing, to build and launch new products.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into product requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of product lifecycle management and agile methodologies.
  • Demonstrated ability to define and manage product catalogues.
  • Experience in refining products and improving digital user experiences.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Google Analytics).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong project management and organizational abilities.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Qualification or demonstrable experience in data and visualisations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £26,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
