We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Process Engineer with a strong background in furniture making and advanced proficiency in Alphacam and Cabinet Vision software. As a Process Engineer, you will play a key role in optimizing production workflows, improving efficiencies, and ensuring high-quality outputs in our furniture manufacturing processes. You will be responsible for overseeing the integration and performance of these software systems to maximize productivity and streamline operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize Alphacam and Cabinet Vision software to create precise machine programs, cutting plans, and product designs.
  • Collaborate with the production to ensure seamless integration of software into the manufacturing process.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to software, machinery, or process workflow.
  • Monitor and optimize production cycles to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and improve product quality.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for process standards and improvements.
  • Participate in design reviews and contribute to product development by providing valuable engineering insights.
  • Ensure all projects meet industry standards, compliance requirements, and customer specifications.

Key Requirements:

  • Experience: Proven experience in process engineering within the furniture making industry, with in-depth knowledge of materials, production processes, and quality standards.
  • Software Expertise: Advanced proficiency in Alphacam and Cabinet Vision software, with experience in CNC programming, design, and production planning.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate across teams and departments.
  • Attention to Detail: High attention to detail and quality control to ensure precision in all aspects of the manufacturing process.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with other CAD/CAM software and CNC machinery.
