The Potted Lobster, Abersoch, is a high end casual dining seafood restaurant. We launched in June 2021 to rave reviews and have developed a reputation as one of the area’s best restaurants. We have recently been awared two AA rosettes for the second year running.

We’re looking for outstanding bartenders to join our team. We believe in creating a positive working environment where people can be themselves, learn, grow and continuously develop their skills. We will be open all year round so the positions we’re offering are full time and permanent. Seasonal roles are also available.

The Potted Lobster is known not just for excellent food but the quality of its drinks offering. We’re very proud of our wine list and our cocktails are crafted with care and skill. Ideally, the ideal candidate will have cocktail experience.

Responsibilities

• Mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons and ensuring their satisfaction.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including equipment and supplies.
• Adhere to food safety and hygiene regulations while handling and serving drinks.
• Manage cash and credit transactions accurately, demonstrating basic math skills.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and address customer needs.
