All Saints Resort are recruiting for an Events Coordinator to work alongside the Events Team on a part time basis.
The ideal candidate will have the following;

Minimum of 6 months experience, although full training will be given

The job role will be meeting clients showing them the event facilities, planning their events and ensuring the execution on the day is perfect. Good computer skills and literacy is imperative as the candidate will be required to ensure all aspects of planning the event is covered which includes invoicing, writing files and liaising by phone / email with the client along with face to face meetings. You will also be responsible to setting up, looking after and clearing down from our events.
The candidate will be required to work flexible hours a week each, and must be prepared to work weekends and evenings.
All Saints Resort are looking for someone who has a huge passion for events, as the business is expanding and the demands are the current Events Team is vast with a varied events of weddings, conferencing, wakes and dinner parties.
