Overview
We are seeking a creative and skilled Videographer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong passion for visual storytelling and have the ability to produce high-quality video content from concept to completion. This role requires proficiency in various video editing software and a keen eye for detail, ensuring that all projects align with our brand’s vision and standards.
Key Responsibilities
Pre-Production:
Collaborate with team members to develop storyboards, shot lists, and production
schedules.
Identify and secure filming locations, ensuring necessary permissions are obtained.
Prepare and maintain equipment, including cameras, lighting, sound, and accessories.
Conduct pre-production meetings with key stakeholders when required.
Exercise creative decision-making within the established project scope.
Filming and Production:
Lead video production by selecting and/or adapting sets and filming locations.
Operate professional cameras, ensuring high-quality composition, framing, and focus.
Set up and adjust lighting to achieve high-quality capture of leaders and subject matter
experts.
Record high-fidelity audio using microphones, boom poles, and other recording
equipment.
Direct on-screen talent, providing guidance on delivery, positioning, and performance.
Manage multiple camera angles and ensure smooth transitions between shots.
Post-Production:
Edit raw footage into compelling video content using professional editing software.
Enhance video quality through colour correction, grading, and visual effects.
Sync and refine audio tracks, incorporating background music and sound effects where
necessary.
Add motion graphics, subtitles, and branding elements as required.
Export and optimise final videos for multiple platforms, including web, social media, and
broadcast.
Project and Equipment Management:
Maintain, troubleshoot, and manage video production equipment, ensuring it remains in
full working order.
Stay informed of the latest videography trends, techniques, and technologies.
Organise and archive video assets for future use.
Adhere to Art Department processes, including best practices for version control, naming
conventions, and file organisation.
Requirements
Minimum of 7+ years of experience in video and motion graphics production.
Strong understanding of video formats, compression techniques, and format constraints.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After
Effects.
Ability to produce high-quality content from both structured and minimal creative briefs
under tight deadlines.
Capacity to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent time management and organisational skills.
Knowledge of basic electronic engineering principles, including sound and lighting
setups, is preferred.
Graphic design experience is desirable.
Experience working with 3D media and animation is an advantage.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: £30.00-£150.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
