Job Overview
We are looking for someone that is up to date with tech, possibly a student looking for experience and development. We aim to be original and creative and would welcome an ambitious creative person with ideas and ambitions.

A strong background in video production is an advantage but not essential.

We have an established podcast that now needs production assistance to take it to a professional level.

As a Producer, you will be responsible for overseeing the production process from concept to completion, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time and to the highest quality standards. You will collaborate closely with the Managing Director, you will need to be able to write creatively, edit quickly, and navigate social media easily, to create engaging content that resonates with our audience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage production schedules, ensuring timely delivery of projects.
• Coordinate with directors, and other team members to conceptualise and execute creative ideas.
• Oversee video editing processes using various apps and other tools within the industry.
• Organise social media content creation and distribution strategies to enhance audience engagement.
• Conduct interviews and research to gather relevant information for projects, applying strong journalism skills.
• Ensure all content is aligned with brand guidelines and meets quality standards.
• Communicate effectively with team members and external stakeholders throughout the production process.
• Translate content as needed for bilingual audiences, enhancing accessibility and reach.

Skills

• Proficiency in various video editing and AI tools is essential.
• Strong video editing skills with an eye for detail and storytelling.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to facilitate collaboration across teams.
• Experience in social media management to effectively promote produced content.
• Experience in journalism is helpful for crafting compelling narratives.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus, particularly in translating content for diverse audiences.
• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining high standards of quality in all deliverables.
