Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing events of all sizes, from corporate conferences to social gatherings.
  • Work closely with vendors, clients, and team members to ensure seamless event delivery.
  • Manage logistics such as setting up event spaces, handling materials, and maintaining event timelines.
  • Provide on-site event support, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
  • Assist with post-event evaluations to continually improve our processes.
  • Be an integral part of brainstorming sessions for future events and creative concepts.
