The Role
This is a rare and exciting opportunity to take the reins of a growing brand that combines heritage, creativity, and innovation. As Head of Marketing , you will shape the strategic vision for two premium businesses that are scaling fast – expanding both their product range and market reach, including into new international territories and younger digital audiences.

You’ll play a key role in developing and delivering compelling campaigns, sharpening brand identity, growing online visibility, and connecting with our loyal (and growing) customer base. Whether you’re driving digital growth through targeted paid media or refining the messaging for a luxury product launch, you’ll be at the centre of a creative, entrepreneurial environment that values both innovation and craftsmanship.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
- Develop and implement an integrated marketing strategy for both Greenlys and Locketts.
- Align branding and customer experience across departments and platforms.
- Identify and act on growth opportunities in luxury photography and e-commerce.
- Manage the overall marketing budget and allocate resources efficiently.
Brand & Content Management
- Uphold and evolve the brand voice and visual identity across all channels.
- Oversee content creation (copy, photography, video, social media).
- Ensure all materials reflect the brand’s values of heritage, quality, and artistry.
Digital Marketing & E-commerce
- Lead SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing initiatives.
- Manage PPC advertising and oversee ad agency performance.
- Optimise the Shopify site for traffic, conversion, and retention.
- Leverage Google Analytics, heatmaps, and A/B testing to inform decisions.
Traditional Marketing
- Execute direct marketing efforts including hard-copy brochures, postcards, catalogues, and editorial pitches.
- Collaborate with luxury wedding planners, galleries, institutions, and high-end retailers.
Customer Focus & Loyalty
- Champion a customer-first mindset, using feedback to improve experience.
- Build loyalty programs and community engagement initiatives.
- Create segmented marketing strategies for different customer groups.
Skills & Experience
Essential
- 5+ years in marketing
- Proven success across both traditional and digital marketing channels.
- Strong knowledge of Shopify, Google Ads, SEO, Meta Ads, and CRM tools.
- Experience managing budgets and reporting on ROI.
- Excellent writing and editing skills for high-end audiences.
- Comfortable using tools like Google Analytics, Hotjar, Mailchimp, Canva, or Adobe Suite.
Preferred
- Experience in photography, creative services, or premium consumer goods.
- Understanding of visual storytelling and luxury audience behaviour.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or similar field.
