We are seeking an experienced HR Reporting Manager to drive data-informed decision-making through impactful people analytics. In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of our people reporting suite, from scoping and design to delivery. You will ensure the integrity of our data across systems, generate detailed reports, and provide strategic insights that support the continuous improvement of our people strategy.

The position will be based in our London Liverpool Street offices with four days in the office and the option to work from home one day a week.

  • Own all People reporting & insights, including headcount, KPIs, pay/bonus/benefits, diversity, data audits and organisational structures to meet business and regulatory requirements.
  • Further develop reporting and insights to inform decision making across functions.
  • Develop self service reports and specialist data analysis to support the People team.
  • Manage annual/ad hoc data processes (e.g., pay reviews, benchmarking) with robust audits and reconciliations.
  • Analyse data to identify trends, risks, and process enhancements.
  • Deliver clear, solution-focused insights and recommendations to improve automation and efficiencies.

  • Required to have 5+ years of experience in HR Reporting / Data analytics with a strong understanding of HR processes and data structures
  • You have experience working with HRIS systems and a deep understanding of data integrity and reporting best practices
  • You have a proven track record of managing projects, meeting deadlines and driving process improvements
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present HR data effectively.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or similar analytics tools.
  • Understanding of HR processes, compliance, and best practices.
  • Previous experience in a fast-paced, high-growth, or acquisitive business environment is preferred.
