:

As an IT Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the organization’s IT infrastructure. This includes managing network systems, ensuring data security, and providing technical support to staff. Your role is crucial in maintaining the efficiency and security of our IT operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, install, and maintain network systems, including LAN, WAN, and VPN connections.
• Manage servers, storage solutions, and backup processes to ensure optimal performance and data integrity.
• Provide technical assistance to staff, resolving hardware and software issues promptly.
• Implement and monitor security measures to protect against unauthorized access, cyber threats, and data breaches.
• Install, configure, and update software applications as required.
• Maintain accurate records of IT systems, configurations, and procedures.
• Ensure all IT operations comply with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in IT engineering or a similar role.
• Certifications such as CompTIA Network+, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator, or Cisco CCNA are advantageous.
• Strong understanding of network protocols, system security, and data backup/recovery.
• Experience with virtualization technologies and cloud services is a plus.
