Company Overview:
Dynamo Healthcare Training is a leading provider in healthcare training and recruitment, dedicated to supporting the UK’s healthcare system by sourcing highly skilled professionals from India. We are expanding our international recruitment program and seeking a dedicated International Nurse Recruitment Manager to oversee the recruitment and placement of nurses and other healthcare professionals from India to the UK, in partnership with our Indian counterpart, the Institute of Occupational Training Services (IOTS).
Job Overview:
The International Nurse Recruitment Manager will manage the entire international recruitment program, focusing on sourcing, onboarding, and placing healthcare professionals, particularly nurses, from India to the UK. The role involves managing relationships with key stakeholders, supporting business development and the team, and ensuring compliance with UK standards and regulations. This individual will play a critical role in supporting NHS staffing needs and driving business growth for Dynamo Healthcare.
Key Responsibilities:
Stakeholder Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including NHS Trusts, healthcare employers in the UK, and recruitment counterparts in India.
- Collaborate closely with IOTS to source high-quality candidates from India, ensuring a strong pipeline of qualified healthcare professionals.
- Engage with new NHS Trusts and healthcare organizations to identify and fulfill their staffing needs, aligning recruitment strategies accordingly
Business Development:
- Drive business development in line with Dynamo’s strategic business plan, focusing on expanding the international nurse recruitment program.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through Dynamic Purchasing Systems (DPS) and other NHS procurement platforms.
- Lead the generation of proposals, including detailed cost models for potential clients, to support market share growth within the recruitment industry.
Recruitment Operations and Strategy:
- Oversee the entire recruitment process, from candidate sourcing to placement, ensuring compliance with UK regulations, NHS standards, visa processes, and training requirements.
- Manage the onboarding and transition of candidates from India to the UK, addressing logistical issues and providing ongoing support to both candidates and employers.
- Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, placement success rates, and retention to continuously improve the recruitment process.
Compliance and Reporting:
- Ensure that all recruitment activities adhere to NHS procurement frameworks, UK immigration laws, and other relevant regulations, maintaining Dynamo’s Ethical Recruiters license.
- Provide regular reports to the CEO on recruitment progress, business development activities, financial performance, and compliance metrics.
- Maintain accurate documentation of all recruitment and placement activities, ensuring alignment with legal and organizational standards.
Team Management and Collaboration:
- Manage internal recruitment teams, providing guidance and support to ensure the efficient delivery of recruitment services.
- Work closely with the Nurse Recruitment Business Development Manager to expand recruitment pipelines and explore new recruitment opportunities.
- Support the Nurse Tutor in delivering the international nurse training program, ensuring it meets Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) requirements.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience in healthcare recruitment, particularly with international candidates.
- Strong knowledge of NHS procurement processes, UK immigration policies, and Dynamic Purchasing Systems (DPS).
- Excellent stakeholder management and business development skills.
- Ability to manage complex recruitment pipelines and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Contract Particulars:
- Full time (40 hours).
- Hours to be worked between 9:00am - 5:00pm Monday to Friday, however the nature of the job would require some flexibility and out of hours work. This would be compensated through time of in lieu or flexible working.
- Place of work will be from home. Occasionally you will need to attend key office meetings.
Package:
- Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 (depending on experience and qualifications).
