We’re a small, ambitious design agency based in Leeds, working across brand, digital, product and content. We’re looking for a Junior Creative to join the team – someone versatile, proactive, and ready to grow.

This isn’t a freelance or remote role. You’ll need to be UK-based, fluent in English, and either in Leeds or able to travel. We work in the studio because collaboration matters. There’s potential for hybrid working in the future, but for now, this is full-time studio-based.

We want someone who’s forward-thinking, hands-on, and excited about how fast the creative industry is evolving. Someone who is curious, adaptable, and willing to take on more responsibility as they go.

If you’re after a clock-in, clock-out 9-5, this isn’t for you. But if you want to carve your own path, learn fast, and help shape the work – there’s no ceiling here.

You 'll be working across:

• Brand, digital and social design
• Editing short-form video content for campaigns and launches
• Motion graphics and learning 3D tools
• Content shoots, storyboarding and visual storytelling

You should bring:

• Strong design instincts and sharp attention to detail
• Confident skills in Adobe CC (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere)
• Experience editing video – especially for digital and social
• Interest in 3D, motion, videography (we’ll help you grow into it)
• Native-level English – written and spoken
• Leeds based or ability to travel to Leeds
• Full-time commitment – this is not a freelance or remote role
• A future-facing mindset – open to new tools, new formats and new ways of working

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £23,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
