Summary
We are seeking an Office Manager to join our team at Homecrest Windows on a 12 month temporary contract due to materntity cover. This pivotal role will involve overseeing daily office operations, managing administrative tasks, ordering and ensuring effective communication within the team. The Office Manager will play a key role in supporting our mission to deliver exceptional service to our clients.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily office operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
- Work alongside existing staff to take enquiries, manager the fitting diary and process basic orders.
- Coordinate team schedules and facilitate effective communication.
- Maintain office supplies and equipment, ensuring everything is well-stocked and functional.
- Implement organisational systems to improve workflow and efficiency.
- Handle clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and correspondence management.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar administrative role.
- Strong team management skills with the ability to supervise effectively.
- Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Familiarity with clerical tasks and administrative procedures.
