The role:

Reporting to the Head of Product and Procurement transitioning to the Quality Manager following maternity leave.

This role is ideal for a degree graduate with compliance experience, keen to develop expertise in regulatory affairs, product safety, and compliance frameworks.

As a Product Compliance Administrator you will support our commitment to product excellence and international compliance ensuring that our products meet all relevant legal, safety, and regulatory requirements. This encompasses product compliance, labelling, rigorous testing, and adherence to international standards governing our diverse and growing product range.

You will work closely with other departments and outside agencies and will gain hands-on experience in assessing and arranging compliance testing, documentation, and international standards while working with cross-functional teams, in a developing role.

As a B-Corp certified company, sustainability, ethical practices, and compliance with international legislation are at the core of everything we do.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Compliance Management - Assisting in maintaining international product registrations and ensuring all items meet global legislative requirements.
  • Testing & Audits - Helping to arrange product testing, ensuring compliance with GPSR and other regulatory requirements, and supporting factory audits.
  • Supply Chain Collaboration - Working with suppliers, manufacturers, and internal teams to uphold quality assurance throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Documentation & Reporting - Keeping accurate records of compliance testing, certifications, and audit results.
  • Regulatory Updates - Staying informed about global regulation changes and helping the business adapt to remain compliant.
  • B Corp Standards - Supporting our ethical business initiatives by ensuring compliance aligns with B Corp values.

Key Requirements:

  • A degree in a related field such as Law, Product Design / Engineering, Risk Management & Compliance.
  • A keen interest in compliance, quality assurance, and international regulations.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Effective communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • The ability to take initiative and work independently while also collaborating effectively with the team and external agencies.
  • A passion for ethical business practices (knowledge of B Corp standards is a plus).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word
