Warranty Sales Executive

Are you hungry to make money in a youthful and vibrant sales team? We’re looking for hard-working, reliable, and self-motivated salespersons to join our growing team made up of sales executives and telemarketing executives based in our Reading offices.

Overall Objective

MotorEasy is the smart way to run your car founded in 2016. We are technology-lead home for all your motoring needs, from warranties and GAP Insurance to MOT’s and servicing. We offer advice to nearly 1 million motorists nationwide and provide them competitive prices for the products and services we offer.

You will be trained to effectively sell extended car warranty, servicing and breakdown products and monthly KPIs are set for teams and individuals based on up selling and targets.

There is no cold calling.

Requirements of Insurance Sales Executive role:

  • Professionally managing your pipeline of leads
  • Generating quotations via telephone & email - “call centre” experience would be useful
  • To cross- & up-sell covers to existing members on renewal
  • Effective closing sales at the target conversion rate
  • Automotive experience is a bonus, but not necessary
  • Reliable and has good team spirit

Salary:

  • £60,000 achievable - Salary and OTE
  • Basic £25,000- 30,000 dependant on experience

Hours:

  • Monday to Friday schedule

o 9.30am-6.00pm with 1 x 10.30am-7pm per week

  • Saturday

o Up to 1 a month (9.30am - 4pm)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to £60,000.00 per year
