What You’ll Be Doing:
As a Senior Sales Executive, you will be the driving force behind our sales efforts, connecting with customers from the trade, together with end users/homeowners, introducing them to our beautiful range of paving products. Your goal is to proactively and enthusiastically react to customer walking in, nurture leads, and build lasting relationships with landscapers in the trade, as well as customers looking to enhance their outdoor spaces.

Your day-to-day will include:

  • Inbound Calls: Professionally answer inbound phone calls, assisting with all enquiries relating to our natural stone and porcelain paving products.
  • Consultative Selling: Use your knowledge of our product range to understand customer needs and offer tailored solutions.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay informed about the latest trends in paving and landscaping to provide expert advice and recommendations to customers.
  • Lead Qualification: Follow up on enquiries to qualify prospects to ensure they are a good fit for our products.
  • Closing Sales: Turn enquiries into sales by skillfully negotiating and overcoming objections to close deals and organise deliveries
  • CRM Management: Keep track of customer interactions, update records, and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.

What We 're Looking For:

  • Effective Communication Skills: You have a natural ability to connect with people and explain complex products in a simple, persuasive manner. Proficient in written and spoken English is essential.
  • Sales Drive: You’re motivated by targets and thrive in a performance-driven environment
  • Resilience: You’re not afraid of rejection and can bounce back quickly to keep the momentum going.
  • Sales Experience: Previous sales experience is essential
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools to track progress and manage your sales pipeline.
  • Driving licence & Own Car: Essential
