Crown Security Solutions currently have one Ad-Hoc team-lead position available for an Area Support Officer in Plymouth.

Working within NHS settings both onsite and in the community, manned guarding duties and driving.

This is a challenging yet rewarding role where you will be working primarily within the mental health sector across Plymouth.

• You will be supporting vulnerable patients and staff on a daily basis.
• You will need to identify potential risks and triggers to ensure the safety of all parties involved.
• You will often be tasked with leading a 2 - 4-man team across various sites expected to be able to ensure the patients and staff’s safety at all times.

You will need to:

• Meet and exceed, wherever possible, the safety, security, and service levels of our clients’, the public and property
• Be flexible and available for emergency calls
• Record and maintain all records assigned to your site
• Comply at all times with company policies, procedures and health and safety
• Be friendly, polite and flexible at all times
• Liaise with the Area Manager
• Provide a polite, professional and effective security service to our customers
• Site patrols and general security checks
• Lockups / Unlocks

You must:

• Be able to work alone or as part of a team
• Have the ability to use your own initiative
• Have strong written and verbal communication skills
• Have strong leadership skills
