About the Role

We’re currently seeking a qualified and experienced HR advisor with employee relations (ER) and policy development expertise to support a portfolio of local clients across a range of sectors and industries.

We think this role might particularly suit an HR professional who has significant experience in handling a high volume of employee relations (ER) cases within a stand-alone in-house HR support role or as part of a shared-services HR helpdesk.

In addition to technical HR skills, this role also requires an understanding of the commercial aspects of our business, such as client relationship management and billing.

But if you don’t already have these additional skills, that’s fine, our team of highly experienced HR consultants will help you develop them. What’s more important to us is the right attitude plus a willingness and ability to learn.
