As our Admin & Events Coordinator, you’ll be the key player in planning and organizing all of our truck locations, private events, and corporate bookings. You’ll manage schedules, liaise with event organizers, and ensure all admin is up to date so our trucks roll up on time, fully prepared, and ready to serve.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Event & Location Planning:
  • Secure and organize all truck locations , ensuring our diary is fully booked.
  • Plan and coordinate private events , including weddings, festivals, and corporate bookings.
  • Maintain a strong relationship with location managers to ensure smooth operations.
  • Work with marketing to promote events and secure new bookings.
  • Administrative Duties:
  • Manage event contracts, licenses, and certifications to ensure compliance.
  • Keep track of insurance, food safety certifications, and necessary documentation for events.
  • Maintain and update our digital and physical filing systems to ensure all paperwork is correct and accessible within the office.
  • Handle general office admin tasks to support the wider team.
  • Communication & Coordination:
  • Liaise with truck managers, event organizers, and suppliers to keep everything running smoothly.
  • Provide clear schedules and event details to the kitchen and operations teams.
  • Ensure all locations and bookings have the correct information at the time of booking.

Who We 're Looking For:

  • Highly organized with strong planning skills.
  • A natural communicator who can build great relationships with venue managers, event organizers, and our internal team.
  • Experience in event planning, hospitality coordination, or office administration is a plus.
  • Ability to juggle multiple bookings and deadlines without breaking a sweat.
  • Comfortable with spreadsheets, scheduling tools, and office admin software.
  • A proactive attitude - someone who can think ahead and solve problems before they happen.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £25,600.00-£27,000.00 per year
