Now, we’re looking for a Retail Supervisor to lead a retail team in delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Your Role as Retail Assistant

• Assist customers with product inquiries, providing expert advice and recommendations.
• Support store operations by ensuring the store is clean, organised, and visually appealing.
• Help manage stock levels and assist with stock replenishment and merchandising.
• Work alongside the team to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service.
• Handle customer queries and ensure a positive, memorable shopping experience.

Our Ideal Candidate

• Previous experience in retail is beneficial, but not essential.
• A passion for delivering excellent customer service.
• Good communication skills and a team player.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain high standards.
• Knowledge or an interest in equestrian or country lifestyle products is a plus.
