With a strong reputation for excellence, we are seeking an experienced Window Office Manager to join our team. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, managing sales and quoting processes, and coordinating our fitting teams and surveyors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle sales and quotes, ensuring a smooth customer journey from inquiry to installation.
• Manage fitting teams, coordinating schedules and resolving any on-site issues.
• Work closely with surveyors to ensure jobs are properly organised and prepared.
• Keep the scheduling board up to date in collaboration with our order processor.
• Maintain clear communication between office staff, installers, and customers.
• Assist with general office administration and process improvements.

Requirements:

• Experience in the window industry is essential.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills with both customers and internal teams.
• Familiarity with quoting software and scheduling tools is an advantage.
• Proactive and problem-solving mindset.
