Responsibilities

• Engage in negotiations to secure favorable terms for clients while maintaining ethical standards.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored legal advice.
• Collaborate with colleagues to share insights and strategies that enhance service delivery.
• Stay updated on legal developments and trends to inform clients and improve practice.
• Manage client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention in a fee-sharing model.

What We 're Looking For:

• Experienced Legal Professional - 3-7 years of experience in your practice area.
• Client-Focused - You must have an existing client base.
• Ambitious & Self-Motivated - Ready to grow your practice and take on new challenges.
• Strong Communication & Advocacy Skills - Confident in handling legal matters independently.
• Team Player - Open to collaborating with a dynamic legal team.
• UK Work Authorization Required

Location: AMP House, 4 Dingwall Rd, Croydon CR0 2LX (Hybrid model available)
