Overview: Wessex Fleet supply over 3000 lease vehicles per year to business and private customers. We are looking for someone with great communication skills and an eye for detail to look after the process from vehicle order right through to vehicle delivery. This involves liaising with the customer, the sales person, the vehicle dealer and the finance house to ensure the smooth transaction and delivery of the vehicle to the customer.
Managing our online order systems, and also using our various funders systems.
Arranging vehicle deliveries and collections with supplying dealers and customers.
Answering the phone and dealing with customer service requests via email and post.
Arranging contract paperwork with customers for lease vehicles, via E-SIGN online, posting paper documents or emailing scanned documents.
Liaising with finance houses on customer service queries and documentation pack preparation and submission.
Assisting the sales team with their administration of vehicle leases on order.
Assisting our existing clients with contract amendments or general queries during their lease once delivered.
Good communication skills, via email and telephone.
Enjoy working in a team environment, this is a fast paced role with many varied tasks to handle. Attention to detail is key.
Basic knowledge of Outlook, Excel, Word preferred.
8:30am to 5pm Monday to Friday - Hybrid remote role - 2 office days a week
