They have recently been bought by a significantly larger group, within the field they operate who have plans to continue the growth in the UK and internationally with significant investment into machinery and technology.

Site Accountant Job
This Site Accountant, will essentially produce the management accounts for their Blackburn site along side partnering with operational staff, in particular production. You will take the lead on supporting project work from a financial perspective, and provide appropriate reporting and analysis to management. Working on SAP, typical duties will include P&L production and commentary, balance sheet recs, variance analysis, budgeting and forecasting, profitability analysis, costings, efficiency analysis.

The requirements

• This job will only suit someone from a manufacturing background as you will be expected to hit the ground running.
• You must be used to working to deadlines as the accounts are reported to group at WD5, which means they need to be completed prior to allow time for review.
• You must have strong system skills, able to manipulate data effectively.
