To manage activities, monitor and progress of all production projects within department to ensure they are delivered to the correct specification and within the agreed timescales and budgets.

Qualifications:

• Ability to coach and develop other members of staff
• Capable of working with customers and staff at all levels

• Being able to work independent abroad for current customers
• Experienced Lathe & Mill operator
• Knowledge or experience in Marine industry
• Marine engineering
