We are looking for an experienced office administrator to work with us in our busy offices in Rutherglen.
About The Job
We are seeking applications from an experienced Office Administrator to join our family business based in Rutherglen.
As an integral member of our team you will be responsible for a wide variety of administrative tasks including sales & purchase order processing, invoicing, data entry, dealing with customer enquiries, answering phone calls, responding to emails and ensuring the smooth running of the office on a day-to-day basis whilst maintaining the highest level of accuracy and excellent customer service.
This role would suit a motivated individual who takes pride in their work, with a proactive approach, a keen eye for detail and proven all round office skills.
Candidates should possess good organisational skills, be PC literate with good experience of Microsoft Office applications including Word, Outlook, Excel, experience of Adobe and Sage (or equivalent) would also be advantageous.
As suppliers of high quality industrial cleaning machines our sales and hire services are relied on to keep our customers’ factories and warehouses safe and clean, as administrator you will often be the first point of contact and should possess excellent written and verbal communication skills in keeping with our reputation for the highest level of customer service.

- Starting salary - £24 - 26k per annum + bonus + benefits
- Monday - Friday - 8:30am - 5pm (37.5 hours per week)
- Full-time (in-person) permanent position
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £24,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
