Job Title Project Manager - Blades

Position reports to:
Richard Hughes
Position is responsible for:
Delivery of blade service projects
HSE Responsibilities
- Following health, safety and environmental policies, procedures, and instructions
- Reporting any hazards or failings in safety procedures
- Taking reasonable care of their own HSE compliance
- Strive to improve HSE both personally and for the business.
- Promote HSEQ aspects across project delivery
Main Duties
- Delivering successful and on budget blade service projects globally
- Lead complex layered projects with multiple stakeholders
- Ensure projects meet targets in respect of EHS, Operational and Financial KPI’s
- Customer and Stakeholder Management
- Review of project timelines and management of defined completion dates
- Promoting and developing a positive internal safety culture
Additional Responsibilities/Requirements
- Travel where required
Knowledge
- Computer literacy skills - Intermediate Excel, Word
- Knowledge of Standard Forms of Contracts
- Able to demonstrate competency with IT skills.

Experience
- Wind Power experience desirable
Qualifications
- Relevant project management qualification - e.g. PRINCE 2, APM
- A full UK drivers’ license
