Here at Triumph Essex, we are looking for a new Sales Executive to help drive our customer experience and sales team to the next level.

Reporting to the Dealer Principal, your organisational and communication skills will be vital in pushing your individually assigned sales targets.
You will have full responsibility for your own customer base, building your personal reputation and order bank.

You’ll be working alongside our current award nominated sales team, to deliver the best possible experience for our customers and enhance Triumph’s brand image.

Responsibilities:

• Speaking with potential customers daily, through various methods (phone, email, face to face).
• Organising your diary in an efficient and proactive manner.
• Advertising your part exchanges to maximise enquiries.
• Handling test rides, ensuring vehicles are fuelled and riders are insured.
• Providing finance options and quotes, walking customers through the process.
• Maintaining FCA compliance at every step of the sales process.
• Representing the Triumph brand in a professional manner.
• Ensuring the customer’s experience is the best possible!

• A genuine passion for motorcycles sharing your enthusiasm with anyone who’ll listen.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with people from all walks of life.
• Naturally confident, displaying a strong belief in the brand and applying your own knowledge effectively.
• A proactive approach to sales, representing the brand at every opportunity to generate new leads.
• A self-assured individual, never shying away from negotiations or unexpected situations.
• A customer first attitude where no question is too difficult.
• Excellent time management and organisational skills are essential.
• An aptitude to learn new IT systems and use them fluently.
• A basic understanding of maths is essential.

Pay and benefits:

• Basic salary of £24,000
• Uncapped commission (OTE £40,000)
