The Role: We are looking for a Senior Sales Executive to join our growing team on a part-time basis. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious and results-driven professional with experience in sales and business development. You will play a key role in cross-selling services to existing clients, qualifying new leads, and shaping our sales and marketing strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Growth: Engage with existing clients to identify opportunities to expand our services.

  • Lead Qualification: Build a pipeline of new prospects - Identify and qualify new leads across NI & Ireland

  • Market Expansion: Build relationships within key sectors such as large food producers, healthcare, policing, social services, and education. Attend relevant industry events and tradeshows.

  • Sales Strategy: Contribute to the overall sales and marketing strategy of the business.

  • CRM Management: Implement and use CRM systems to track leads, sales activities, and client interactions.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Sales Expertise: Strong background in sales [2+ yrs] ,* with a proven track record of achieving targets*. Ideally the successful candidate will have an exceptional B2B sales background selling services/solutions into our target sectors.

  • Industry Knowledge: Experience in or knowledge of selling into large food producers, healthcare, policing, social services, or education in either Northern Ireland or Ireland.

  • Education: A third-level qualification in business, marketing, or a related field is preferable but not essential.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent people skills, negotiation ability, problem solving, verbal and written communication, and presentation skills.

  • Tech-Savvy: Experience using Microsoft packages and CRM systems to manage client relationships and track progress.

  • Team Player: Ability to work independently but also thrive in a small, supportive team environment.
