You will be working in the New Milton area, managing small, well-organized rounds. Most of your visits will be 45 minutes or longer, allowing you ample time to care for and get to know your clients.

No Experience Necessary: We provide a three-week training program, which is fully paid, with your own mentor who will guide you on how to help and support clients in their homes.

Requirements:

• Over 18 years old
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A caring, compassionate nature and the ability to work with integrity, patience, and understanding
• A valid driving license and access to your own vehicle
• Proof of eligibility to work in the UK
• Satisfactory references and an enhanced DBS check

Role Responsibilities: As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our elderly and vulnerable clients in their own homes. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting with personal care and daily living tasks
• Preparing meals and assisting with medication
• Supporting clients with mobility and physical disabilities
• Providing companionship and promoting mental and physical well-being
• Helping with domestic tasks and running errands
• Encouraging and supporting clients to participate in social activities
